Slow Massage Work 55-70 min. $ 125.00

{MFR} Myofascial Release/{CMP}Chronic Myofascial Pain

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. This essential “time element” has to do with the viscous flow and the piezoelectric phenomenon: a low load (gentle pressure) applied slowly will allow a viscoelastic medium (fascia) to elongate. Trigger points or muscle “knots” are sensitive spots in soft tissue, and too many of them is “myofascial pain syndrome.” They may be a major factor in back and neck pain, as a cause, a complication, or a bit of both, which can feel like an amazing relief.

Incorporating stretching can help you feel better and find better overall flexibility. Stretching is more important than ever! Muscle injuries are very common and often are what bring a client to see a massage therapist. People are more sedentary than years ago, leading to ever increased issues with flexibility and muscle injuries. This is why stretching is so important. Stretching is an effective way to undo damage caused by inactivity and is a great addition to a massage Regularly scheduled massage appointments can greatly improve client flexibility and range of motion. Massage keeps joints more fluid and makes them less susceptible to injury. Adding a few minutes of stretching to your  massage appointment helps the muscles  avoid spasms and tightness.

You may also book a Stretching Appointment without a massage. The idea is to make sessions of 30 or 65 minutes, a part of your regular schedule, just like your workout classes—but supporters of assisted stretch also claim you'll reap the benefits from a one on one session, as well. Services range anywhere from $25 to $100 (depending on the length of your appointment)

 45 min. Carpal Tunnel Massage to you Massage

 $ 49.00

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Massage

Massage therapy for carpal tunnel is the most non-invasive, cost-efficient and effective long term treatment for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Massage therapy addresses the inflammation, pain and numbness by softening and lengthening the muscles and fascia of the neck, shoulder, upper arm, elbow, forearm, wrist and hand. Depending on the type of massage you receive the fees may be between $25 to $120 per hour.

During a massage to treat Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, the therapist will use comprehensive deep tissue work that will help to release adhesion's, trigger points, and tension in the soft tissue of the shoulder, arm, wrist, and hand. It will also be helpful to work with the pectoral and scapulars muscles to release the medial rotation of the shoulder.

Many clients experience carpal tunnel relief after the first session, however for long term relief it will generally take 4 to 6 sessions.
